Don (1978)

Synopsis:
Vijay lives in India. One day he is questioned by the police, and finds out he is the exact look-alike of an underworld don. When he is told that don is dead, and is asked to impersonate him and bring his gang-members to justice, he initially refuses, but is forced to change his mind. He learns the likes and dislikes of the late don, is jailed, escapes and joins their gang. Vijay is welcomed back without anyone suspecting him of being an impersonator. Quite unknowingly Vijay has placed his life in jeopardy as a woman, whose brother was killed by the don, is out to kill him to avenge this death. And it will not be long before someone in the gang starts to notice the subtle changes in Vijay's habits and character.
