Unishe April (1994)

Synopsis:
Unishe April is a Bengali Movie, directed by Rituporno Ghosh, starring Debashree Roy, Aparna Sen And Prosenjit Chatterjee. Sarojini (Aparna Sen) is a famous Bharatnatyam dancer who is world renowned. But her rising popularity keeps her away from her family especially her daughter Aditi who develops deep resentment towards Sarojini. The sudden demise of her father who she was very close to makes the rift even deeper. Even after all these years, Aditi (Debashree Roy), now a grown up girl, still holds grudge against her mother and secretly blames her for her father's death. Sarojini, on the other hand, is so busy with her career that she forgets her husband's death anniversary which all the more irks Aditi. But with a twist in fate, the mother and daughter end up spending the day with each other and are forced to talk out their differences.
