Synopsis:
Revisited - Ten years have passed since East Timor won its independence
from Indonesia. But the tiny South-East Asian state remains locked in
poverty. In Dili, the capital, the average salary is just one dollar a
day. The country is pinning its hopes on oil reserves in the Timor Sea,
but these hopes are yet to become reality. Our reporter, Cyril Payen,
went to Dili and got a glimpse of daily life there.
