Synopsis:
Naya Daur is a 1957 Indian drama film starring Dilip Kumar, Vyjayanthimala, Ajit and Jeevan. Originally filmed in black and white, the film was colourized and re-released on 3 August 2007. Music was composed by O. P. Nayyar features some all time classics like "Yeh desh hai veer jawaano ka", "Maang ke saath tumhara", "Ude jab jab zulfein teri", "Saathi haath badhana saathi re" & "Reshmi Salwar Kurta Jali Ka". Synopsis - The men and women of a beautiful village Karanpur remained happy because of the money earned by the tonga-walas and the wood-cutters working for the kind hearted timber factory owner Seth Maganlal. Kundan, the Seth's money greedy son in his quest for quick profits mechanizes the saw mill and brings misery to the once happy village of Karanpur.
