Ocean Heaven (2010)

Synopsis:
Jet Li, in his first non-action film, turns in his best performance of his career as Sam, a terminally ill single father in this true story of the relationship between him and his teenage autistic son (Zhang Wen). Sam, who is a marine park worker, is diagnosed with cancer and begins his search for a home for his son and to groom him so that he can survive on his own. This heartwarming film marks the directorial debut of Xue Xiaolu, protege of famous director Chen Kaige.
