The Last Monk (2006)

Synopsis:
Swapna, the protagonist, a girl in her mid twenties, belongs to Delhi the capital city of India. She is contended, fulfilled... she reaches out to get what life has to offer...quite like Delhi's revolutionized working middle class living in the fast lane modernity. Her fifteen days old marriage with Pushkar completes her cycle of jaunt. Life for her is an extended honeymoon and she seems to be sensually basking in it. Pushkar is a successful IT professional and a caring husband. But this perfect life pauses when she has to leave for Ladakh to complete her doctoral dissertation in cultural Buddhism. Sonic, a local Khempo becomes her guide on this trip. She travels all over Ladakh and Sonic goes beyond being just an academic guide for Swapna. He is a store house of knowledge and passion for life. He helps her enter a new world full of ethereal sensitivities & sensibilities. The breath-taking landscape of Ladakh, the color, the graphics in the rock structure, its mystic culture, its heritage, simplicity... mesmerizes Swapna, as much as the awakening that Sonic has lead her to. She is so overwhelmed with the mystique aura of nature and the gamut of emotions inside her that she wants to be a part of this rhapsody ... she wants to be in sync with her surroundings...to be one with nature...and Sonic's body becomes the medium for her journey. Synopsis:

The Last Hour (2008)

Synopsis:
How would you react if three years after the death of your father, you receive a letter signed by him inviting you to visit an abandoned house in the middle of nowhere in China? Curious in nature, you decide to set off on this adventure. Here's the snag, when you arrive in front of the house (which looks more like a bunker), you realize that there are other visitors summoned as well. Four guys show up with the same letter you have! All five characters, Monk, Casino, Black Jack, Shang and Poker have something in common. All carry guns, have dangerous reputations and are wanted by the police. Unexpectedly the door to the house is opened by a mysterious woman and shortly after entering they notice that they are all locked inside. The house is surrounded by police and they can not escape the psychotic killer that wants to wipe them out. After shocking plot twists and with a growing suspicion of each other, they come to realize that they have only one hour to live.

Thanedaar (1990)

Synopsis:Police Inspector Jagdish Chandar (Dalip Tahil) has been investigating about a gangster Thakur Azghar Singh (Kiran Kumar), and eventually he has been murdered by two foreigners, Lawrence (Goga Kapoor) and Peter (Tej Sapru) who were hired by Azghar. Jagdish's two young sons Avinash and Brijesh are now left behind alone to fed for themselves, where Brijesh kills the assailant and is taken away by Peter and Lawrence, whereas the other son Avinash is adopted by the Police Commissioner and grows up (Jeetendra) to be a police inspector like his father. Brijesh (Sanjay Dutt) has just been released from the jail, and he attempts to rob a jewellery store after which he elopes with his girlfriend, Chanda (Madhuri Dixit) to the same village where his father lived. While on his way to the village a fight takes place between the two brothers, not knowing about the relation with each other. One day in the village he gets to identify about Avinash and starts dominating over the villagers and takes bribe from Azghar Singh. Matter gets complicated when Avinash's wife, Sudha (Jayapradha) comes out in search of her husband only to see that Chanda is being molested by Azghar and his men, forcing Brijesh to take a stand.
