Synopsis:
Fredrick Thomas Freeman was wrongfully convicted by Robert Cleland and
the St. Clair County judiciary in 1987. This film clearly shows his
innocence, and exposes the tactics used by Prosecutors to secure a
conviction, and convict an innocent man, even with the lack of evidence.
October, 2010 Freeman's conviction was overturned by federal judge
Denise Paige - Hood, yet the Michigan Attorney General, "Mike Cox" has
filed an appeal and desires to uphold the conviction. Freeman awaits his
new trial in maximum security prison in Saginaw MI.
